Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actor and a member of the SSC's board since 2011 is the founding co-artistic director for the newly established theater firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. The producer was also and costume designer, as well as music director and composer for SSC during her time as the Artistic Director of SSC. The last year of her tenure she worked as a director and lighting designer for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had directed from the ensemble however, in the last season she was the first time she directed a show. She was a student at Pomona College for a short period of time, and later graduated at Lewis & Clark College, both of which are located in Oregon. Post was married prior with Stephen Knox. They have two daughters together with writer/actress Michael A. Ross, who she got married to in 1982. Post is a great actor and a wonderful wife and mother she is an inspiration to numerous Hollywood celebrities.
